How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping across the U.S. on all orders over $60. For orders under $60, standard shipping is just $4.50 nationwide. International shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
When will I receive my products?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 1–5 business days once shipped. For example, if you were to place your order with us on a Monday, you can expect it to arrive by Friday of the same week.
During busier times—such as holiday seasons—shipping may take a little longer due to increased demand. We truly appreciate your patience and support as our dedicated small team works with care to ensure every order reaches you as quickly as possible.

What is your refund policy?
If you cancel a non-subscription order before it’s confirmed for shipment, you’ll receive a full refund. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be cancelled.

Need to make a change or cancel your order?
Cancellations must be made before your order is confirmed and begins processing for shipment. Once you receive an email with a tracking number, your order has been finalized and can no longer be cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?

What does the subscription give me?
If you subscribe to get the products monthly you will receive them in a timely manner and never run out of product. And you will get much better price.
How can I manage my subscription?
The subscription management information will also be emailed to you upon first purchase.
What is your subscription cancellation policy?
You may cancel at anytime other than within this one day time period, and if not done so outside of this time period, the designated payment method will be charged and cancelled for the next billing cycle and subscriptions remain active until customer cancels for the next cycle.
